We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days from the end of production. Please allow up to fifteen business days from when you order for the order to be ready for shipping. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Most products offered on businessapparelshop.com are custom made to order, and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturer defect or error on our part.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
